Project Overview
The Project Group was retained by Cleveland City Council to serve as Project Monitor to aid in its legislative oversight over the $750 million Division of Water Plant Enhancement Program (PEP). There were over 45 subprojects associated with this program — including CWD's 4 water-treatment plants and several major pump stations (2001 to date).
