The Project Group was retained by Cleveland City Council to serve as Project Monitor for this $350 million, 72,000-seat project, which was completed in 1999.  Representing the third-party interests of the Cleveland City Council, The Project Group monitored construction for adherence to project schedule, budget and EEO goals (1996-2000).
