Project Overview

The Project Group was retained by Cleveland City Council to serve as Project Monitor for the $36 million Division of Water Pollution Control Capital Improvements Program.   The Project Group’s initial scope of services on this engagement included monitoring for adherence to project schedule, budget and EEO requirements — along with work placement issues on the 53 subprojects included in this program.  Its scope of services has been expanded to include utility rate increases; service efficiency issues; operations assessments; and, financial assessments (2001 to date).
