Project Overview

The Project Group served on the team that conducted the TLCI (Transportation for Livable Communities) study for the abandoned trolley-car (lower) level of the Detroit-Superior (Veterans' Memorial) Bridge linking Cleveland's Central Business District and Ohio City neighborhoods.  TLCI provides assistance to communities and public agencies for integrated transportation and land use planning and projects that strengthen community livability (2011-2013).
