Project Overview

The Project Group was the Project Manager for this complex $5.5 million project — a new headquarters facility for Senior Outreach Services. The project included the redevelopment of the historic Langston Hughes Library in Cleveland's Fairfax neighborhood, as well as attached new construction. The mission of Senior Outreach Services is to help older adults and their families improve their health, independence, and quality of life thru community outreach and support (2007-2008).
