Project Overview

The Project Group was the Project Manager for the $1.1 million historic restoration of the Harp and Kennedy Buildings in Cleveland's Detroit Shoreway neighborhood. This Design/Build project included affordable units in its total of 18 units — 10 in the Harp Building and 8 in the Kennedy Building (2015-2016).
