Project Overview

The Project Group served on the team that conducted the TLCI (Transportation for Livable Communities) study for the East 130st/131st Street Corridor — from Miles Avenue to the Kinsman Avenue in Cleveland's Union Miles and Mt. Pleasant neighborhoods.  TLCI provides assistance to communities and public agencies for integrated transportation and land use planning and projects that strengthen community livability (2014-2015).
