Project Overview

The Project Group served as the Project Manager for the Cleveland Food Bank's new $9.0 million warehouse and administrative offices totaling 125,000 SF in Cleveland's Collinwood neighborhood.  A Design/Build project, we guided the owner through the selection of the design/builder, and represented the owner’s interests during the construction and post-construction phases (2002-2004).
