The Project Group was the Project Manager for this $10.8 million development of Aspen Place – a new-construction project in the EcoVillage of the Detroit Shoreway neighborhood in Cleveland, OH.  All 40 apartments (49,000 SF) of this Design/Build project are affordable units (2017-2018).
